For clients
No platform fee. When you launch a contest, you pay only the reward amount you set in your listing, with no extra service charge on top.
For designers
The service fee is deducted from the amount you receive when a contest is settled, a market sale completes, or a match is confirmed. It never affects the amount the client pays.

If Hatchwork changes any fee rate, we give advance notice following the same change procedure as the Terms of Service.

How is the designer fee applied?
The fee is deducted from your payout when a contest is settled, a market sale completes, or a match is confirmed. The standard rate is 15%, currently discounted to 10% under a launch promotion, with further preferential rates for designers with a strong track record.
Will fees change without notice?
No. Any rate change is announced in advance, following the same procedure Hatchwork uses to update its Terms of Service.
